20/06/2008 - ISC Systems announces the launch of Tronic S Futura
The new equipment to be presented at the Frankfurt Automechanika tradeshow in September

ECO, Gruppo Luvata – has recently announced the launch of Tronic S Futura, a brand new product by ISC Systems, the business unit specialised in the production of charging and maintenance equipment for automotive air-conditioning systems.

Tronic S Futura, which will be officially presented at the Automechanika tradeshow where Systems is set to participate with its own stand (Pad 8 – stand A66), was developed as a product with a new and original concept, at the same time building on the consolidated Tronic range, known and appreciated by repair shop workers for a long time now.
Tronic S Futura is positioned in the medium-high range of the market, though it still offers an excellent quality/price/performances ratio. Its design characteristics ensure the utmost reliability and accuracy. In fact, the equipment – which works both in manual and automatic mode – is provided with advanced software with display and alphanumerical menu, programmable in 20 languages; the part numbers database, used to define the required quantity of gas, is supplied as standard on each machine.

The diagnostics function and the automotive database– which can be updated annually – can be added as an option with the special memory card. In order to comply with future EU standards on statistical gas management, Tronic S Futura also comes with a graphic printer with customisable receipt.

The “light transport” version features 3 cups for the oil and the tracer, a 100 l/h pump and a 12.5-litre cylinder. In the “Bus” version, the equipment is upgraded with a 226 L/h pump, a 40-litre cylinder and 4-meter long-lasting charging piping.

As with any other ISC Systems product, a complete set of selected accessories and consumables is available on the after-market for the Tronic S Futura.

Andrea Dozio, Systems Sales Manager, comments: “By launching this machine we are satisfying the requirements of a demanding and qualified market segment which is expressing a need for equipment with sophisticated performances yet sturdy and totally reliable at the same time”. Dozio also emphasises that, once again, communication with its partners has allowed the company to develop precisely what the customers truly need.

23/05/2008 - Reliability under the magnifying glass
Functional tests as a means of competitiveness

Research, design, production and service. These are the main stages in the success obtained by Systems, a business Unit of ECO (Gruppo Luvata), leader in the production of equipment for automotive air-conditioning system maintenance.

In the value creation chain, quality plays a crucial role in that it is the primary factor that differentiates a company from its competitors on the market.
In this scenario, the functional tests that Systems conducts on all of its equipment prior to launching it on the market are the keystones for ensuring customers machines capable of providing a high degree of reliability.

Developed thanks to special software installed in the machine memory and conducted by using special test benches, Systems’ functional tests are mainly the electric and pneumatic type.
Electrical tests verify the quality and reliability of electrical components assembled on the machine (operation of safety devices, wiring, motor ignition and switching on of solenoid valves, transducer calibration, etc.); pneumatic tests, on the other hand, ensure system tightness by checking for leaks.
Systems assigns special relevance to this last step. This is why the tests are carried out twice, with the system under pressure and under vacuum, in both cases monitoring pressure stability over time.
Electrical safety tests are also performed before a product is launched on the market, ensuring the safety of the entire system and – consequently – of the final user.

“The decision to perform such thorough testing on our machines has turned out to be an absolute winner” says Stefano Collavini, Systems Technical manager, who adds: “The commitment in terms of time and of human as well as financial resources is more than repaid by a satisfied market”.
Thanks to this operating method, Systems has managed to significantly cut down on the service department’s work load, due to a drastic reduction in the number of quality-related problems”.

Andrea Dozio, Sales Manager, adds: “In an increasingly competitive market, product reliability turns into trust between the customer and the suppler; an element of competitiveness that the company finds difficult to replace, which nevertheless has to be constantly nourished and sustained in order to provide long-lasting results that benefit both parties”.

17/04/2008 - Systems participates in Automechanika for the first time
The official launch of the 2009 range of new cleaners in September

We are fast approaching the date of Automechanika, the international biennial tradeshow of automotive sector and repair shop equipment scheduled to take place in Frankfurt from September 16th to the 21st.

Systems (ECO, Gruppo Luvata) has recently announced its participation in the event, for the first time displaying products bearing its historic brand, ISC Systems.

The tradeshow promises to be full of interesting news for the company, since during the event the new products will be officially presented to the widest and most qualified audience in the sector.
The constant search for innovative solutions and answers to the demands set forth by the market and by its partners has led the company to develop advanced equipment that satisfies high customisation criteria, as part of an adaptation process to the most varied needs of each single customer.

Indeed, the path undertaken by Systems has resulted in more customisation options for the automatic and semi-automatic equipment included in its product range; the possibility to choose from a set of “optional” functions means that the customers will be able to “assemble” a machine especially tailor-made to their needs.

In addition to the latest products, the focus will also be on the super-automatic Silver Futura DIAG, the top of the range, which has been increasingly successful with both private users and OEMs.

Moreover, a CD containing the complete air-conditioning layouts for systems already on the market will be provided with each newly developed piece of equipment.

“This is Systems’ first direct participation in this tradeshow” comments Andrea Dozio, Sales and Marketing Manager. “Our goal is not only to introduce the latest developments in our business, but also to clearly and directly provide tangible support to all partners who use our products. Many OEMs, in face, also use the ISC Systems A/C charging stations”.

As a result, Systems has shifted from indirect participation, as in the past its products were displayed by the leading German distributors, to an active and visible action for which the company has high expectations, directly supporting its international customers.

26/03/2008 - Training activities for Systems clients
Training activities for Systems clients continues in 2008 - Direct contact with the market and its operators are the basis of a winning offer
